“Front Row: Fashion Month Spring 2020”

Challenge: For the upcoming 2020 Fall/Winter shows, Neiman Marcus wanted to create a video series to promote fashion’s busiest month by showcasing designer trends from the previous shows that customers could pick up in-store. We previously created real-time videos for the brand that performed well but the problem remained that most of the items that viewers were seeing online could not be purchased from the brand until the upcoming season. We positioned a web and social video series that let audiences know how to dress for the upcoming shows while sporting some of spring’s hottest trends.

What We Did: We partnered four ambassadors from the brand to speak to specific city shows - the trends that came from that region, and how they would pair various pieces together. We filmed all interviews during a one day, on-location at Neiman Marcus’ flagship store in downtown Dallas, TX. We provided turn-key production which included: on-site creative direction, hair & makeup and on-set styling. We then spent a few short weeks in the editing room where we spliced together the interviews, licensed runway footage, and some of our own archival footage to create an upbeat blend of travel and fashion.
